We see many conservatories which have damaged or simply worn out roofs although the base, windows and doors are in good condition. Most of the development over the last 20 years has been in roof design with more robust materials and better insulation. Fortunately we are able to install the latest roof systems to almost all existing bases giving a new lease of life to conservatories at a fraction of the cost of replacing the whole structure.
We always try to repair a conservatory roof whenever possible, but some, like the example above are beyond redemption. This was a secondhand roof that had been modified in an attempt to fit to an existing base.
We were however able to supply and fit a high performance replacement roof to the existing base, dismantled and completed all in one day.
